The holiday home itself offers a Spanish flair, also due to its different spatial levels, and fits in with its location in the green natural environment. Fine! It is clean and equipped with everything. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and microwave. Excellent! Everything is taken care of. In addition to the garden, which extends from the terrace, you get into the pool from which you can enjoy the fantastic view while swimming again. A pure nature experience. Fantastic location with stunning sea views. The house invites you to relax and linger. But also the beach is not far away. The rooms are very tasteful and modern. On cooler evenings, the fireplace invites you to linger. Very nice is the outdoor kitchen by the pool with barbecue. A highlight is the newly built pergola with lounge furniture. Here you can finish every evening great. We will gladly come again.

We were two for 10 days in the house. The view to the mountains and to the sea from the terrace is beautiful. The pool is big enough to take morning rides and offers perfect cooling and relaxation in summer. In the area there are many small and large bays to look at. Half an hour away we were kitesurfing on the kilometer-wide beach. The house is tastefully decorated, it was clean and we felt very comfortable. Always my pleasure!

Upon arrival, the wonderful view of the sea and the landscape overwhelmed us. The summer kitchen with barbecue on the pool terrace always invites you to romantic barbecues. For relaxation, reading or more, the pavilion terrace embedded in the beautifully landscaped garden offers. The generously dimensioned pool serves on hot summer days for a pleasant refreshment, whether before breakfast or too late hour, there is no one there where bothers. The rooms are bright and friendly furnished and well maintained and well-equipped for larger families. Various beaches can be reached in less time by car or on foot. Many shops in the surrounding area offer. It was all about a very nice relaxing holiday and we will definitely book this fantastic holiday home again.

Very nice and comfortably furnished house, in which you immediately feel very comfortable. All rooms were very well maintained and had a very good equipment (as described). The highlight for our children was of course the pool, in which they could let off steam whenever they wanted. To rest and relax after splashing the beach chairs invited on the terrace right by the pool. The view was just great. With sea view, we often spent the evenings on the terrace. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue was also used for relaxed vacation evenings. There are many and fast to reach shopping not even 5 minutes drive from the house. Just as fast as you are in Moraira. The beautiful sandy beach is great for a day by the sea, which can be spent in the evening in the city center. In the center there are many delicious restaurants and it is both in terms of taste and price for everyone. We found the holiday so nice that we booked again this year. We are looking forward to it and are looking forward to the new lounge corner. In the photos, she looks very inviting and promises many beautiful evenings with the family.

We had a wonderful holiday in Parques Casablanca and can only recommend this apartment complex. It is a higher altitude resort, from which you can reach a small beach in 15 minutes on foot. The area is very nice and in our apartment we lacked nothing. The pool had smaller food and drinks and it was very quiet overall. We were very satisfied and will gladly come again!

For 6 years we spend our summer holidays in Calpe. This year, I traveled alone with two teenagers looking for a quiet, well-kept property with a private pool and garden. The apartment at family Meinhardt was ideal for this. From the booking to the arrival everything went well and the landlords are extremely nice, helpful people. We were allowed to use the entire garden with all amenities and were well looked after locally. Although the apartment is actually intended for older guests, we felt very comfortable there and all our requests were fulfilled. The decor is very lovingly designed and the garden is beautiful and well maintained. The location of the apartment is great. Tucked away in a residential area, but only a few minutes drive from the beach. In about 20 minutes you can even walk comfortably to the sea. In short, we had a wonderful holiday and recommend this property very much.

The house is really nice, well maintained and cozy. The pool invites you to cool off. If you want you can spend the whole day in the sun who does not like to do this also finds shady places. We liked it very much and maybe we will come back again.

We felt very comfortable in the very well maintained penthouse apartment. It is equipped with everything the vacationer’s heart desires. The breakfast on the terrace with sea view was every morning a highlight. The landlady Uli was very helpful and friendly and always available. Nearby there is a small, beautiful beach including a great restaurant right on the sea (Mandala), a well-equipped supermarket and a German bakery. In addition, the area is very nice and a trip to the hinterland is definitely worth it. All in all, absolutely recommendable!

For almost 30 years we have been spending our annual holidays in Spain. Mostly in Calpe. This year we visited the Meinhardt`s for the first time. When we arrived in Calpe, Mr. Meinhardt personally picked us up at the church La Merced. We found a small, super clean and well maintained apartment. The landlords were very nice and helpful. even they gave us a farewell gift with a whole bag of freshly picked lemons. Thanks again. We and our children who were visiting us in the evening, were allowed to use the whole area and we all were very welcome. It was a holiday of four wonderful weeks and we will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed the good installations of the apartment and the fantastic view from the sun terrace. Although it was March, you could use the outdoor pool in accepteble temperatures and make trips to the waterfalls or the Fallas in Valencia. The location of the property is excellent and the welcome and further care for small problems were extremely friendly and effective. We can imagine to come back for our next vacation.
