The cozy 232m² villa has been lovingly furnished in boho style and is located on a flat 1,694m², very private plot. There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance and the Arenal beach with all restaurants, bars and shops is only 2,000 m away.
The plot has enough space to park a few cars.

The house has a beautiful 10 x 6 m private pool with outdoor shower (cold) and sun terrace. The pool area is surrounded by a spacious lawn with a beautiful, covered outdoor lounge. In front of the house is a spacious open terrace with another seating lounge and a dining area.

Behind the house is a very large garden with Mediterranean plants, bushes and trees. Children can play wonderfully here; the entire property is fenced and child-safe.

The play of colors, wood and selected materials results in that villa that is both aesthetically elegant and cozy at the same time. The spacious and harmoniously designed lounge with comfortable sofas and TV (only Spanish channels) invites you to relax. Next to it is a beautiful, elegant dining room with a large glass table.
The villa offers 4 individually designed bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms on the ground floor. One bathroom has a bathtub and shower, the other has only a shower.

At the end of the corridor is the rustic, huge kitchen with full equipment and an American fridge with ice maker. It also has a drinking water dispenser and a plancha.
From the lounge you go up a staircase to a private gallery-like master area with a 150 x 190 cm bed with an adjoining bathroom with shower. From here you also have a panoramic sea view over Jávea. There is also an oriental lounge area with a divan and comfortable cushions and chairs with a view over Jávea and the impressive local mountain of Jávea, the Montgó. There is air conditioning here for the hot summer months. All other lower rooms have ceiling fans.

For the winter there is gas central heating in the house.

Monthly rental possible: rent 5.200 € plus electricity costs, gas- and water consumption, Wifi included

There is a folder in the house with all the important information about the house and the surrounding area. WiFi and gas consumption are free. Electricity is billed at €0.33/kWh.
