The holiday home is on a 1,228m² flat, completely fenced plot. The property is secured with an electric gate and you can park your car on the property.
The 40 m² pool with a maximum depth of approx. 2 m with outdoor shower is located on the property as well as the large garden area with Mediterranean shrubs, bushes and palm trees. There is also a shady gazebo with a table and 6 chairs. A BBQ grill with charcoal is available for the joint barbecue evenings.
Within walking distance (5-8 minutes walk) there is a very well stocked supermarket and some restaurants. It is approx. 3.5 km to the beach and the town center of Moraira.
In the house there is a folder with all the important information that will make your holiday pleasant.
You enter the house via the fully equipped kitchen, further into an open-plan living room with sofas and TV, as well as a dining area for 6 people.
2 bedrooms have new box spring beds, each 180 cm x 210 m with built-in wardrobes, the other bedroom has 2 single beds, each 90 cm x 190 cm with built-in wardrobe. Both barooms have toilet, shower and single sink.
For the hot summer days there are air conditioners in 2 bedrooms and in the living room and there are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living room.
The fireplace offers you a pleasant and cozy atmosphere for the cold winter days; also you can heat with the air conditioner. Mosquito nets are in all bedrooms.

The salon leads to the pool and garden area. The property is completely fenced and therefore offers security for the smaller children.
In the house there are also games and books for the whole family.
Moraira offers holiday guests everything their heart desires in culinary terms, from Mediterranean to international, from cheap to star cuisine.
In max. 30 minutes you can reach the amusement parks of Benidorm and Alfaz del Pi, such as Mundomar, Agualandia or Terra Mitica and Terra Natura.
Water sports such as jet skiing, stand paddling, surfing, as well as golf and horseback riding and much more can be found at all bathing resorts in the region.
