The very well maintained complex of 13 terraced houses is secured with an electric gate and is therefore very private. In front of the house is a small car parking space and additional parking facilities are available within the complex.

The cozy and well maintained holiday home in Moraira has 2 living levels. Due to the open space concept the holiday home on the ground floor offers a dining area with salon and a kitchen (without dishwasher) as well as a storage room with washing machine. In addition, there is another guest room with a single bed. A separate guest toilet is also available.
From the lounge you enter a glazed, enclosed wintergarden with exit to the private front garden with a stone seating area with a large parasol.
From here you come to the with palm trees and lawn overgrown, spacious, beautiful pool area with an outdoor shower (cold water).

Upstairs from the house there are 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and a nice bathroom with big shower, toilet and bidet. Both bedrooms have a shared, covered balcony with a sensational sea view over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the pool area.

In the house is a gas central heating available for the colder days. In the living room and in the bedrooms is air conditioning hot / cold installed.
