The house is located between Moraira and Javea on the Cumbre del Sol which belongs to the place Benitachell, on the Costa Blanca in Spain.

The beautiful rustic 3-bedroom holiday home on the Cumbre del Sol sits on a 720 m² plot and has some sea views. It was completely renovated in 2010. The holiday house is located in a very quiet urbanization surrounded by other houses.

The living area and the covered terrace of the house are on one level. The holiday home is accessible via the covered outdoor terrace or via the kitchen. From the kitchen you have direct access to the 8 x 3.5 m kidney-shaped pool with outdoor shower and the BBQ area. The pool terrace is very spacious and there is enough space for all pool chairs.
All three bedrooms have double beds with single mattresses, bedside tables and all but one bedroom, built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has its own bathroom en suite with shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a shower room. One bedroom has an additional TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, gas hob, microwave, combined fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also an electric table grill if someone does not want to grill with charcoal.
The approximately 30 m² large living room of the house has satellite TV, 2 sofas and a fireplace.
The property is completely fenced and grown with Mediterranean plants and palm trees, so that children can play safely.

In about 400 m distance from the house on the Cumbre del Sol there is a supermarket “Pepe la Sal”, bar-restaurant and a very good restaurant with a large terrace, pool and fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding area.
