The quietly located south faced frontline villa offers a breathtaking sea view and with its 3 separate living units offers the ideal holiday domicile for the whole family including grandparents who also want to keep and enjoy their privacy during the holiday.
There is a stone beach directly below the villa. The sandy beach is 5 minutes by car. All other beaches in the nearby bays can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
The villa is located in a small, quiet ring road. A large supermarket, pharmacy, bank and some restaurants and a beautiful beach bar with hot dishes are within walking distance.
The 9-hole Ifach de Moraira golf course is only a 3-minute drive away (2 golf sets are available in the villa).
Inside the property is a closed garage with an electric gate, in front of it a parking space for a small car, and outside the property a closed carport with an electric roller door.

The villa offers the following on the entrance level:
-The entrance area with access to a large living / dining area with comfortable sofas. Adjacent is an open dining area with a large round dining table for 6 people and an open, fully equipped American kitchen (gas hob) with exquisite dishes. Through the large panoramic windows you have a spectacular sea view to Calpe and the picturesque hills of Benissa Costa with their beautiful villas. An exercise bike is also available which gives you twice as much desire to do something for your body on vacation.
In the living room is a TV with Spanish  and German channels (some english movies can me watched over the internet)

-A huge bedroom with a large, mirrored wardrobe, a large double bed 180 x 200 cm with bedside tables and a chest of drawers for additional storage space. A TV is also available. Next door is the romantic bathroom en-suite with a bath, a large vanity and toilet. From the bathroom and bedroom you have a beautiful sea view over the coast.
There is also an office with a sleeping sofa bed for an additional guest. Next to it is a shower room with toilet and vanity.
The bedroom and the main bathroom, as well as the kitchen and the office have blinds.
From the salon there are two steps to a large glazed winter garden with access to a big terrace with electric awnings. One level below is the 10 x 5 m kidney-shaped pool with outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a lawn, beautiful Mediterranean plants, trees and bushes.
From the dining area of ​​the main apartment is another exit with access to the barbecue area with a stone seating area.
Sunbeds are available for 6 guests.
In the basement of the villa, on the pool level, there is a self-contained apartment with a large bedroom with a double bed 200 x 200 cm, large wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as various seating areas. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob (no dishwasher) with a dining table for 4 people as well as a shower room with toilet and vanity. In front of the apartment is a small terrace with electric awnings.

Above the garage is small studio with 2 single beds (each 90 x 190 cm) and a small shower room with toilet. There is an external awning as sun protection for the studio.
All bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets. In the main apartment there is central air conditioning hot / cold. Air conditioning units are installed hot / cold in the separate apartments.

In the garage there is a washer and dryer.

* Please note that the prices of the winter months (November-February) are only valid for the main apartment in the villa (max. 3 people) *

Additional costs are:
210.00 € for final cleaning, check-in / out for the whole house including the other 2 apartments or
€ 140.00 for the final cleaning, checkin / out only for the main apartment of the villa
€ 16.00 per person for bed linen and towels
Electricity and water consumption is included in the price.

We are also happy to provide a cot including linen for € 60 per stay on request. A baby high chair for € 40.00 per stay.
