The apartment is in a 3-storey holiday house which is located on a plot with a private villa in Calpe on the Costa Blanca. The apartment is situated in a dead end with only 6 houses. The property consists of a private villa (used only privately) with private pool and a guest house with 3 identical apartments in the urbanization Maryvilla. The sandy beach Puerto Blanco, the restaurants “Maryvilla” and “Oscars” are only 10-20 minutes walk. The owners are not in the house in the summer months of July and August. The view from each apartment to the beautiful blue sea and Calpe is breathtaking. The apartments all have the same equipment and size; only the terrace sizes differ a bit.

This apartment has the entrance on the pool level and has the terrace towards the sea.

Parking is possible in front of the house and the apartment has:

-a covered terrace with great sea views, 2 sun loungers, table and chairs
– a living room with sofa and dining area
-small, functional kitchen (2 hob induction field, fridge, dishes)
– a bathroom with shower, a washbasin and WC
-a bedroom with 2 beds made up with mosquito net canopy and flat screen TV and DVD

For further entertainment there is CD and music via Bluetooth (mobile phone). The floor-to-ceiling windows have mosquito blinds, air condition unit in the salon. In front of the apartments there is a communal BBQ area (from spring 2018) for the residents, as well as an extra room for the washing machine. Laundry drying rack, brooms, wipers and buckets are available in each apartment.

Electricity consumption for the aircondition is charged with 0,40 €/Kwh.
