The well-maintained bright apartment is part of the holiday complex Monte Cala and is located on the Cumbre del Sol (sun hill)  which belongs to the district Benitachell. Benitachell is located between Moraira and Javea on the Costa Blanca.

The quiet resort has a very nice pool area with two large community pools (including an infinity pool), children’s playground.

In the apartment is no WiFi.
The apartment on the Cumbre del Sol has a parking space in front.

The apartment has a beautiful open plan kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, stove with ceramic hob and oven, and fridge / freezer.

The salon is open to the kitchen and has a comfortable sofa and satellite TV (German, English and Vlaanderen TV) CD’s with CD player and a DVD player. From the salon you go to the spacious partly covered terrace with beautiful valley view. There is a portable barbecue as well as a table with 4 chairs and a parasol.
Other sun chairs are also available.

The 2 double bedrooms of the apartment on the Cumbre del Sol have built-in wardrobes.

The shower room has a large shower, a sink and a toilet.

The living room, as well as a bedroom have air conditioning hot / cold and for the hot months, the other bedroom has a portable cooling system.

For long-term rental / winter rental, the gas bottle (about 15 €) must be bought for cooking.
